CNC Setter Wanted for Client in Forserum

At Uniflex, we are looking for a driven CNC Setter for one of our clients in Forserum. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a high-tech operation where quality and precision are in focus.

About the Job

As a CNC Setter, you will play an important role in the production chain. You will be responsible for setting up and adjusting CNC machines to ensure efficient and flawless production. You will work with both short and long series, which requires your precision and ability to quickly adapt to new tasks.

If you have programming experience, it is an advantage, but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you have a good understanding of CNC technology and an interest in further developing in the field.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Setting up and adjusting CNC machines
🔹 Monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency
🔹 Troubleshooting and optimizing machining processes
🔹 Control measurement of details according to drawings and quality requirements
🔹 Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth operations

We are looking for someone who has:

✅ Experience in setting CNC machines
✅ Technical or industrial education
✅ Ability to read and understand drawings and use measuring instruments
✅ Good problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to work
✅ Programming experience is advantageous, but not required
